IMPACT Europe at the Dutch Police Academy’s Innovation Day
On 9 December 2016 IMPACT Europe consortium partners from Politie Nederland presented the IMPACT Europe project at the Dutch Police Academy’s Innovation Day in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.
This event is an annual meeting for experts in policing, security and law enforcement that brings together participants from a wide range of actors and stakeholders. Attendees at this year’s event included front-line police officers, prosecution services, local municipalities and science and technology research and development groups.
The Innovation Day gives participants the opportunity to see and find out more about innovative devices and technologies which can support law enforcement practitioners in their work. The IMPACT Europe consortium was delighted to have the IMPACT Europe evaluation toolkit presented at the event, and to engage with different teams from across the Dutch police force, providing them with an overview of the learning and development potential that the project Toolkit offers.
